As the project nears completion, Scott Contracting will work with the design and construction team to obtain the close-out documents and present them in a concise, orderly fashion to the Owner. This procedure assists in the final accounting and close-out of the project between Owner, Sub Contractors and ourselves.project budget evaluations, cost reports and on site inspections, delays in progress and potential cost overruns can be quickly identified and resolved. Possible conflicts between design and construction can be favorably resolved without compromise to the project.
